Laura Hauser is an executive coach, strategic change consultant, and author. She works with corporate leaders who want to unite people toward a compelling vision, build innovation teams, and strengthen leadership skills required for the delivery of sound business results. Laura is known for her ability to help executives and senior teams leverage their leadership strengths to better accomplish critical business objectives in today's highly fluid business environments.
Laura Hauser’s career spans over 25 years. From banking to entertainment, Laura has worked with a broad range of industries, operations, and cultures. Hauser's expertise developed from working in large organizations since 1976, serving in both specialist and management positions. She began her career with Los Angeles County Health Services, responsible for operating one of the County’s 26 district offices. Her career advanced as she accepted progressively responsible positions with four major corporations from 1986 through 1992: Great Western Bank, Glendale Federal Bank, First Interstate Bank, and McKesson Water Products Company.
In January of 1993 she founded Leadership Strategies International. Laura Hauser has had the good fortune to serve clients in numerous Fortune 1000 companies such as Nestle’ U.S.A., Tyson Foods, Johnson & Johnson and Sony Pictures Entertainment, Land America and First American Corporation.
Laura serves as an adjunct professor for graduate students in Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. She holds a MS degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a BS degree in Communication.
Laura Hauser's rich and diversified background has established her as an expert consultant, author and conference speaker, and as a featured guest on radio and television talk shows. Hauser currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for Pepperdine University's School of Business. She has been a guest speaker for numerous professional meetings and conferences such as the:

For more than two decades Hauser has served in leadership roles from manager to board level executive in both the public and private sectors. As a Commissioner for the City of Santa Clarita, she combines her community and business backgrounds to benefit the quality of life for the citizens in her community. Laura and her husband, Dave, are empty nesters and enjoy outdoor activities including horse back riding and golf.
